As a  Business Development Manager , you will be a core part of our Commercial team as we build the future of sports tech. You won’t just chase leads — you’ll help redefine how value is created, partnerships are built, and markets are won in professional sports.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Drive innovation by supporting the VP Commercial in strategizing and implementing plans for business expansion and diversification - redefining what’s possible in sports.
  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends in both, existing and potential markets.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create high-impact sales materials — including landing pages, decks, and campaign messaging — that showcase our product’s unique value.
  • Define and deliver business development strategies with speed and precision — including market entry plans, product launches, and PACETEQ’s unified commercial roadmap.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects with engineering, product, and marketing.
  • Report to and work shoulder-to-shoulder directly with our VP Commercial.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2–5 years experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, B2B or sports-tech environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling sales materials and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • High accountability and ownership : able to independently drive commercial outcomes
  • Strong verbal + written communication in English
  • Adaptable mindset - solving commercial challenges in fast-moving environments
