We’re looking for an Account Strategist [REMOTE] to join our team and take ownership of client relationships, growth strategies, and project success across Consulting, ASO, and Paid Acquisition. Tasks Client Strategy & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships, understanding clients’ business models, challenges, and goals, while maximizing accounts' revenue growth. Present complex mobile growth strategies in a clear, actionable way, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders. Identify hidden opportunities for growth, crafting tailored solutions across Growth Consulting, ASO, Paid User Acquisition, and Creative Strategy. Own client negotiations, expectation management, and strategic recommendations to maximize success. Run regular client check-ins and strategy meetings, ensuring alignment and continuous optimization. Growth Strategy & Project Ownership Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine growth strategies, adapting to each client’s unique needs. Own project management and delivery deadlines by coordinating the team efforts and outputs Analyze ASO, Paid UA, and Consulting project performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Provide strategic insights and data-backed recommendations for optimizing mobile app growth. Ensure smooth project execution by coordinating between internal teams (Paid Media Specialists, ASO experts, Consultants). Data, Insights & Reporting Use Excel, Google Sheet, Looker Studio, Tableau, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and report performance across multiple growth channels. Interpret complex data, extracting insights that drive actionable recommendations for clients. Present findings in concise, client-friendly reports, ensuring clear takeaways and next steps. Requirements 2+ years of experience in an agency or consulting environment focused on mobile app marketing. Strong understanding of ASO, Paid Acquisition, Tracking & Analytics and Consulting services for mobile apps (operational execution is not required). Excellent client management skills – ability to own relationships, present complex ideas, and drive business impact. Great presentation and reporting skills Proven experience in negotiation, expectation management, and strategic problem-solving. Data-driven mindset, with experience using Looker Studio, MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular, etc…), and other reporting tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first team, managing multiple projects and priorities.
