Role Overview :

As a German Sales and Customer Account Manager , you’ll work closely with clients to refine their sales strategies and manage their accounts. Based in Athens with a hybrid work setup, you'll assess performance, address questions related to sales campaigns and budgets, and develop innovative strategies to help clients reach their goals while building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Expertise : Provide expert guidance on tailored sales strategies for each client
  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to understand their goals and deliver results
  • Sales Planning : Create sales plans aligned with client objectives, focusing on growth and success
  • Performance Analytics : Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and identify new growth opportunities
  • Trend Analysis : Stay ahead of market trends and challenges to develop impactful sales initiatives
  • Reporting : Track and report key metrics like sales targets, client satisfaction, and success rates

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in German (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound / outbound sales
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
