For our division  Digital  at our location in  Munich  we are looking for a

Digital Content Manager (m / f / d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL :

  • Support the execution of our global content strategy and campaigns, ensuring digital content aligns with our brand, engages our audience, and supports business objectives.
  • Guarantee an optimal brand and shopping experience across our webshops, coordinating with IT and external agencies as needed.
  • Manage and optimize our content management system (CMS) for efficient content creation, publication, and distribution, including gathering market requirements and drafting the feature development roadmap.
  • Collaborate with markets and internal translation teams for operational business and the localization of global campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and maintaining brand integrity.
  • Adapt content for local markets and new market entries, continuously improving the translation workflow and localization processes.
  • Own and curate the UGC content tool, aligning it with market needs and the global content strategy, while maintaining and managing video content for all global campaigns.
  • Contribute to campaign performance analysis and optimization, working closely with the content team, corporate communications, and product team.
  • Collaborate with digital colleagues across departments (e.g., product & UX, Operations and systems, Analytics) and maintain partnerships with external, international service partners.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE :

  • University degree or comparable education in communication or digital marketing.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in content marketing, content management, onsite marketing, or editorial work, especially in e-commerce.
  • Experience in content creation (text and image) and the setup and implementation of content marketing campaigns.
  • High online affinity with a solid understanding of the digital world, good UX principles, and website design and technical connections.
  • Proficient in using CMS systems (Optimizely, CoreMedia CMS, with SFCC knowledge as an advantage) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma; HTML / CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Business fluent in English; German is an advantage, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, assertiveness, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Expertise in the shoes, fashion, or lifestyle sector
