How you will make an impact
- Support a group of 6070 mediumsized to enterprise customers along the entire customer journey and advise them on the integration and usage of the SDK.
- Identify the specific needs of various industries and thus contribute to product development marketing and growth.
- Collaborate with our support and development teams to solve our customers support and feature requests.
- Manage formal quotations invoices and license renewals with our Finance & Operations team.
- Expand the Scanbot SDKs usage through multifaceted crossselling and upselling campaigns.
- Provide regular market and competitive research on which to base our crossselling and upselling strategy.
- Work on the continuous optimization of the CSM processes.

Requirements
We have put a lot of thought into what you should bring to this position.
You have at least 23 years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role.You have worked in a B2B company preferably in the field of SaaS.You are a h2 team player who enjoys sharing their expertise.You are openminded communicative and interested in building lasting client relationships.You are detailoriented hungry to learn and ready to take over responsibility for your allocated group of customers.You are fluent in English fluency in German is a plus.At Scanbot SDK we are all about people.
