Your tasks :

Support of the Project Management Office (PMO) in a major internal IT project.

Collaboration in the planning, coordination and monitoring of the various sub-projects.

Creation and maintenance of project plans , status reports and other relevant documents.

Support in the preparation and implementation of meetings and workshops

Conducting research and analysis to support the project team.

Maintain and manage project documentation and ensure compliance with standards and processes .

Your profile :

You are an enrolled student in a relevant degree program (e.g. Business Informatics, Business Administration , Computer Science, etc.).

Ideally, you have already gained some experience in project management or IT .

You have very good organizational skills and a structured way of working.

You are confident in using the common MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Knowledge of Azure DevOps is an advantage.

We are an international and international team - in addition to good written and spoken German, we are happy if you also have English skills.

You enjoy working in a team and bring a high level of motivation and initiative.
