Your career start as a team assistant (gn) in a technology company with Chinese
For our client, a global telecommunications and technology company, we are looking for a team assistant (gn) with Chinese language skills as soon as possible within the framework of temporary employment for 18 months with the option of being hired directly.

Your tasks :
- Provide timely and professional support to department management and team members to ensure smooth flow of all administrative tasks within the team.
- You will act as one of the main contacts for inter-departmental correspondence / communication.
- Assist department leadership in maintaining and tracking calendar, coordinating appointments and optimizing timelines.
- Assist department in arranging domestic and international travel, including handling travel request inquiries, transportation and accommodations, passport and visa applications, local logistics, and emergency support.
- Assist team members in communicating with the finance team regarding expense claims, including : requesting expenses, secretarial checks and confirmations, handling inquiries with our finance colleagues, etc.
- Assist the department with day-to-day activities such as : managing and translating documents, preparing information for weekly or monthly reports, previewing and following up on e-flows, assisting with PPT preparation and data entry, guest visits, office supplies, courier services, etc.
- Assist the department with contracting and communication between the department and our procurement team.
- Assist in planning and organizing large workshops / conferences / ceremonies and scheduling and coordinating meetings in various time zones.
- Assist the department with team building to improve cross-cultural communication.
- You will perform a variety of administrative and organizational tasks based on current business needs within our client's research center in Munich.
What you bring with you :
- Completed education in the field of intercultural communication / foreign language studies / education / psychology / business administration / secretarial services (completed vocational training as an office administrator) or comparable study background.
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a team assistant / secretary is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness of European and Asian cultures and openness to an international work environment.
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and at least basic Mandarin Chinese.
- Independent and well-structured work style with a hands-on, energetic attitude. - Service-oriented, open-minded, quick learner and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
