We’re hiring an IT Technical Support Representative with advanced German and English skills to keep our Rosenheim manufacturing plant and office running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for reliable, high-performance IT support.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide hands-on technical support for workplace devices—laptops, desktops, printers, and multimedia systems—in both office and manufacturing settings
- Manage and resolve IT requests and incidents through Service-Now, updating users on progress
- Support local network needs, ensuring all hardware and software align with Steelcase standards
- Install and configure new devices and software, ensuring compliance with Steelcase guidelines
Who You Are
You have a basic understanding of IT (Office 365, networking) with a strong willingness to learn. Prior experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantageYou have and advanced level of both German and EnglishAny experience with a ticketing system would be a plus
