YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a skilled and client‑oriented  Client Manager specialized in IT Solutions   to support and develop our strategic accounts within the  European Institutions in Luxembourg . You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the successful delivery of our technology services while identifying new opportunities to strengthen our presence in a highly innovative and fast‑evolving environment.

• Manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of European Institutional clients with a strong focus on IT solutions and services.
• Understand clients’ digital transformation challenges—cybersecurity, cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, workplace solutions, data & AI—and propose tailored solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Lead strategic account planning, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate closely with pre-sales, delivery, project managers, and technical experts to guarantee the successful execution of IT projects.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities across our IT service portfolio.
• Monitor service performance, SLAs, KPIs, and continuously improve the client experience.
• Stay updated on EU Institutions’ IT strategies, procurement frameworks, and upcoming digital initiatives.
