Job description

Main tasks (with indication of quality and quantity targets, as well as deadlines) :

• Responsible for establishing all custom and transport documents (Invoices, Delivery notes, Packing lists, shipping orders, export declaration, Carnet ATAs)
• Responsible for shipping material all around the world and follow up
• Support the team for tasks related to shipping administrative documents
• Staff, financial and material responsibilities (with indication of quality and quantity targets as well as deadlines
• Establishing all documents needed in accordance with corresponding law.
• Meet preparation and delivery deadlines
