In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our local operations running smoothly while collaborating with talented colleagues around the world. Your ability to provide excellent technical expertise will be key to maintaining our high standards of service.

What you will do

• Support end users with any technical issues they may have via both the ticketing tool (FreshService) and in person.
• Field tickets from all regions, not just Berlin.
• Administration of our Microsoft365 tenant.
• Utilise AI and software to extend automations of new and existing processes.
• Create knowledge base articles to be used by the internal team and the wider business.
• Assist with the IT onboarding of new employees.
• Support our AV technologies, including video conferencing, as well as regularly supporting live events.
• Purchase and deploy new hardware, configure software and provision accounts for our colleagues.
• Work with the rest of the IT team in planning and executing internal IT projects.

What you should bring

• Fluent in English and German.
• 2+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Desire for constant learning and improvement in the technology field.
• Conscientious and punctual person, who takes pride in completing their work to a high standard.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and relate to a variety of non-technical users.
• Ability to multitask and handle interruptions while prioritizing workload efficiently.
• Learning new software and tools is something that you enjoy doing.
• Knowledge and experience using ChatGPT or other LLM’s to streamline processes.
• Experience with Okta, Intune and Jamf management systems are a plus.
