We are currently looking for a Innovation Project Manager (m / f / d) to join our strategy team which is part of Product Management International (covering all non-DACH markets and entities).

This is a full-time position , which can be carried out completely remote within Germany or at one of our locations in Germany .

Your tasks

Market Research : Conducting quantitative >

qualitative market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities; Extracting actionable insights from the data

Initiatives Prioritisation : Data-driven inputs into the process of identifying >

prioritising strategic initiatives that drive growth

• Business Case Development : Creating business cases to identify value behind potential initiatives; Sense checking findings and balancing them with other (non-financial) considerations
• Market Potential Testing : Collaborating with our marketing >

performance marketing colleagues to design and execute market tests to evaluate the potential success of new products or features

Data gather >

analysis : Gather and analyse data sets to extract meaningful insights that will inform strategic decisions; Communicate insights to team leads and broader stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

• Cross-org collaboration : Work with colleagues from other teams, such as Marketing, Sales, and Academic Development, to ensure a comprehensive approach to the product strategy process
• Continuous improvement : Challenge the status quo (to a degree that doesn’t inhibit progress) to develop and continuously refine standards for business cases, documentation of decisions >

involvement or stakeholders

Your Profile

• More than 3 years in a high-pace (ideally consulting) professional environment
• Experienced with working on complex initiatives that require cross-org collaboration and synthesis of findings for stakeholders across seniority levels
• Ideally experience in a conversion-oriented B2C environment
• Ability to drive own work process independently to get to an answer, keeping the team lead in the loop and involving them more closely as and when required along the way
• Strong analytical skills with ability to gather and turn data into actionable insights; Confident use of MS Excel
• Experience in the product ideation >

business case stages and ideally e2e including build, launch >

data-driven refinement

Business fluent in written and spoken English; German a plus
