Director Clinical Supply Management

Tubulis is seeking a proactive and experienced Director of Clinical Supply Management to lead the global supply chain for our clinical trial materials (CTM). You will ensure timely and compliant delivery of investigational products to clinical sites, partnering with CMC, Clinical Operations, QA, and Regulatory Affairs.

You’ll play a key role in enabling Tubulis’ mission to advance targeted cancer therapies, ensuring uninterrupted clinical supply while supporting strategic growth into late-stage programs.

Your mission

• Lead outsourced packaging, labelling, and distribution of CTM to support global clinical trials.
• Ensure timely, compliant delivery of investigational products in partnership with CMC, Clinical Operations, QA, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Translate study requirements into supply plans, manage inventory across depots, and maintain IRT systems.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments, providing updates to SVP CMC.
• Procure comparator / commercial products as needed and oversee global logistics.
• Ensure vendor compliance and collaborate with CMC / QC on expiry management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all CTM supply chain activities and provide strategic input as programs move into late-stage development.
