HEAD OF LEGAL (CORPORATE LAW) - REAL ESTATE PRIVATE EQUITY

In-House Corporate Lawyer based in Munich, this is a hybrid role 3-4 days in office and not remote

Salary up to €160,000 pa + bonus

Must be fluent in both German & English

Blayze Group are excited to be partnering a high growth Real Estate Private Equity House, who continue their expansion into Continental Europe, and seek a qualified lawyer, licenced to practice law in Germany / EU , to become their Head of Legal and build out the in-house function.

This exceptional opportunity is for an individual who is 8 years+ post-qualified, with strong Real Estate and Corporate Law experience, either from an in-house or private practice, who wants to develop further in a highly acquisitive environment. Building internal relationships and strong communication skills are key to providing sound legal advice / commercial insight to the Investment and Development teams. A talent for developing and further improving processes and procedures to streamline work flow is important enable the growth of the function and team.

All applicants must be experienced in Corporate and Real Estate law, in Germany.
