Venquis is currently working in partnership with a leading organisations across Germany, which are in the process of expanding their reinsurance / insurance department.

Job Description

Our clients are currently looking for Senior Consultants with a extensive knowledge in Reinsurance to join their respective teams.

Multiple positions are available for professional who excel in various areas including Business Development / Analysis, Actuarial duties with a mathematics / quantitative background and Project Management.

Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant will :

• Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue business opportunities in the reinsurance sector, analysing market trends and client needs to develop strategic plans and contribute to the growth and expansion of our client's reinsurance client portfolio.
• Provide actuarial and quantitative support for reinsurance, including analysing data, assessing risk, and developing models to optimise pricing and underwriting decisions.
• Lead and manage reinsurance projects from initiation to completion, coordinating project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in Reinsurance, with at least 5 years in a consulting or similar role.
• Strong background and expertise in Business Development / Analysis, Actuarial duties, Project Management, and Quantitative methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• C1 level German
