Position Overview :

As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share across the European region. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage key client relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
  • Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Sales. MBA is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within Tier 1 industry.
  • Proven success in consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and team management expertise.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a focus on delivering results.
