A day in the life.

As our Business Systems Application Manager on the Systems & Engagement team, you’ll work with MMA IT and Operations on software upgrades, including feature determination, documentation and testing. You will work with MMA operations teams in our varied geographical regions to understand change requirements, including research, solutioning and documentation. You will also participate in software migrations, working with data mapping, conversions and data logic.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

  • Strong knowledge in the insurance industry (10+ years of insurance industry experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of general application administration & processes
  • Knowledge of Sagitta, ImageRight and BenefitPoint required and willingness to learn additional systems.
  • Ability to take complex concepts and break them into manageable instructions and clear communications
  • Proficient in creation of training material and operational documentation – written and recorded.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers, users, agency and regional management, MMA leadership.
