We are seeking a driven and adventurous B2B Key End Customer Account Manager to develop and strengthen our relationship with key end customers in the corporate, government and education sectors.
While we mostly sell through our AV channel partner network, we established a direct touch link with key corporations, and governmental and education entities to better understand their challenges.
By handling all partners from an end customer point of view, we provide greater value to our clients. You are not alone;
an internal collaboration with our channel team and other One Sony departments is as important as with our external eco partners.
We aim to extend the Sony share within our end customer by delivering true added value.

We at the PD&S business unit are a dynamic, pure B2B team within Sony looking after various vertical markets such as Corporate / Education, Retail / Transportation and Residential (Home Cinema).
We are developing innovative high-quality products and solutions across the audiovisual market, which include Bravia Professional LFD, Workplace Management Solutions, Business and Home Cinema projectors, LED, SRG cameras etc.
You will :
- Handle the annual turnover of EUR 2 to 6 million & achieve budgeted net sales and profit
- Develop and implement quarterly account plan / opportunity plan to ensure clear actions are agreed to achieve set targets
- Create client value through a consultative solution selling approach and become a trusted advisor
- Provide customer feedback to support the continuous development of the business propositions
- Own, build & handle the relationships between Sony and the end customers at all levels
- Build an effective network with external partners to achieve a high level of intelligence and planning
- Develop a strong pipeline and close projects within the end customer base and update Salesforce.com accordingly
- Understand and keep updated with the relevant Sony product / solutions offerings
You will bring :
- Previous experience in an end-customer-facing sales role, preferably in the AV market, and in dealing with bigger corporates, government or education customers
- Passion for the account management of big corporations, interest in their challenges and needs, and curiosity to understand how to deliver value to them
- Consistent track record of delivering sustained incremental sales and profit for a sales organisation
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer management
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
- Proficiency in English and German
