This is a permanent, full-time role based in Bavaria, Germany, offering a competitive salary up to £60,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

Job Title : Senior Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager

Location : Bavaria, Germany (on-site or hybrid, as applicable)

Directorate : Governance & Compliance

Reports to : VP RAC and VP GAC

Collaborates with : Senior Corporate Assurance Manager

Salary : Up to £60,000 per year + bonus + benefits

Role Summary :

The Senior QA / QC Manager will lead and manage the implementation of the AG Integrated Management System (AIMS), policies, and standards, ensuring consistent execution of all quality-related activities and full compliance with industry best practices, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27100.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the QA / QC team across project portfolios.
• Develop and enforce QA / QC strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Support consultants and contractors in implementing quality standards.
• Conduct regular and unannounced audits; ensure follow-through on findings.
• Manage quality control testing and third-party audits.
• Report on quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion a culture of excellence and compliance across the organization.
