looking for an AI Automations Engineer to help us shape the future by bringing

automation and artificial intelligence into the heart of our business.

Tasks

To further increase our efficiency and competitiveness, LoadUp is doubling down

on automation and AI.

We want someone who’s hands-on, experimental, and excited to ship solutions quickly - even if they’re not perfect from day one.

What You’ll Do

Co-Implement our comprehensive automation and AI strategy for LoadUp

Prototype, test, and deploy solutions - fast iterations over perfection

Design concepts for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and other

AI technologies into business processes

Identify and evaluate the right tools and tech stacks for automation and AI

applications

• Support the rollout of pilot projects and automation solutions
• Document and present strategies, concepts, and implementation steps

Collaborate closely with Operations and Development teams to ensure

practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions

Requirements

What You Bring

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, AI, or a

comparable field

Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and

automation technologies
