Your Main Tasks
Research customer and market trends under the guidance of the Business Development team to shape marketing campaignsDevelop and implement campaigns aligned with our services and target marketsWrite and review content for campaigns and the websiteEnsure compliance with brand guidelinesAssist in organizing and following up with conferences and eventsManage and update social media channels, primarily LinkedInMaintain and update customer databases (e.g., Salesforce and Mailchimp)Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of BioPharmaSpec's servicesMaintain excellent relationships with other departments and involve scientific colleagues as neededProactive customer serviceTailor presentations of BioPharmaSpec services to client interestsCoordinate meetings and follow-up communication with prospectsRespond to incoming inquiries from the BioPharmaSpec website and other marketing activitiesYour Profile
BSc or equivalent degree in a relevant field (e.g., sales, marketing, business, or science)Fluent in German and EnglishAt least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and / or marketingExperience in the (bio)pharmaceutical / medical / contract services industry is beneficialKnowledge of a CRM systemKnowledge of email campaign processesKnowledge of WordPress is advantageousExperience in B2B social media managementDesign skillsInnovative and creative thinkingExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivatedExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleaguesInterested?
