Tasks

Your Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and guide the R&D team in creating new high voltage components and improving existing products.
  • Manage the complete product development process from initial concept to final production ensuring adherence to technical standards and meeting customer requirements.
  • Work closely with sales project management production and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new products.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments technical standards and regulatory guidelines to ensure both compliance and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies.
  • Formulate and implement R&D strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders presenting updates on projects research outcomes and strategic plans.

Requirements

Your Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Significant experience in designing high voltage products particularly high voltage accessories.
  • Demonstrated success in leading an R&D team within a global context.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards and technical regulations for high voltage products.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a strategic approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proven ability to inspire and guide a team to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Fluency in german and english is mandatory.
