Your Mission :

As a key member of the team, you’ll :

  • Client-Centric Excellence : Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including start-ups, SMEs, and family businesses, ensuring their accounting, tax, and administrative needs are met.
  • Team Leadership : Supervise and guide your team in preparing financial accounts, tax returns, and annual reports, fostering a culture of growth and success.
  • Relationship Building : Be the go-to contact for clients, building trust through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Process Optimization : Drive improvements in internal processes, including digital transformation initiatives.
  • Business Growth : Leverage your market knowledge and network to contribute to business development and the acquisition of new clients.
  • Mentorship : Train, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring their success is integral to yours.

Your Profile :

  • Professional Credentials : Chartered Accountant qualification (or close to completion).
  • Experience : At least 5 years of experience managing a portfolio of local commercial clients, ideally in a fiduciary or Big-4 firm in Luxembourg.
  • Languages : Fluency in French and German is essential; knowledge of Luxembourgish or English is a strong asset.
  • Leadership Skills : Recognized for your technical expertise and ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Organizational Skills : Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Mindset : Independent, conscientious, and goal-driven, with a proactive approach to challenges.
