Your tasks
Under the supervision of the Head of Controlling and consolidation and in collaboration with the team, you will be involved in the controlling and the review of financial results of Encevo S.A.
- You provide local controllers with guidance instructions to ensure a harmonized and transparent reporting structure within the Group
- You ensure the accuracy of the Encevo’s monthly and annual accounts based on the adequate follow-up of the KPI’s of the company
- You work closely with other departments to build Encevo’s statutory budget and evaluate and investigate deviations between budget and actual
- You generate monthly / quarterly / annual reports and financial analysis for all the corporate bodies
- You prepare the financial analysis of the monthly actual, manage the group wide budget process from an ERP standpoint, and propose improvement plans
- You ensure the transparency of business results, finance, processes, and strategy
- You set up and maintain the analytical accounting structure in SAP and ensure transparency and data quality, and you help setting up BI solutions for the automation of the data collection and analysis
- You assist Group wide projects finance and IT projects
- You act as a backup for the consolidation execution in the IT dedicated tool
Your profile
You hold a master’s degree in accounting, finance, or any related fieldYou have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar positionOperational experience in the energy sector will be considered as an assetYou have a good knowledge of Excel, SAP and BIKnowledge of consolidation principles would be considered as an assetYou have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problemsGood understanding of generally accepted accounting principlesHighly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. A good knowledge of German and / or Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantageWhat we offer
