Description
- Design, develop and integrate avionics systems (ATA 23, 31, 45, 46) at aircraft level
- Define system design and requirements for avionics systems
- Design, integrate and certify communication systems (VHF, HF, VDL, CPDLC, FANS 1 / A, SATCOM incl. safety services, WiFi, LTE)
- Design, integrate and certify antenna installations
- Design, integrate and certify crew audio management and passenger address systems
- Support design, integration and certification of indication systems (Electronic Checklists, CAS, Synoptics)
- Design, integration and certification for flight data, cockpit voice and data link recording systems
- Review and release Part 21 compliance documentation (MoC 0-9)
- Prepare specifications and type design documents
- Act as technical point of contact for external suppliers
- Support qualification, ground and flight test activities
- Perform technical trade studies
- Develop engineering solutions for in‑service problems
Profile
Master's degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering10+ years of experience in the aerospace industryExperience in at least one new aircraft development programStrong knowledge of EASA Part 21J and CS‑25 / FAR 25Very good English skills; good German skills are an advantageExcellent communication, team spirit and interpersonal skillsAbility to structure and organize work efficientlyStrong analytical mindset and hands‑on mentalityCreativity and the ability to work independentlyJob Offer
