In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, integration points, and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills and experience in managing client relationships. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools and methodologies. Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements by analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP FICO solutions that meet specific business needs.
- Offer expert guidance on financial and controlling processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and the Controlling modules.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document both functional and technical requirements.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party systems.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Provide support during testing, including creating test scripts, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training to end-users.
- Advise clients on system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization opportunities to fully leverage SAP FICO capabilities.
- Keep abreast of SAP updates and innovations, sharing best practices to drive digital transformation in client finance operations.
