Since then, they have continuously expanded our broad IP portfolio and expertise in large-scale energy storage. They are a highly motivated, committed, and fast-growing team of over 180 employees now preparing for the market launch of their products and further professionalizing their organization.

They are now seeking an experienced QA-Architect (m / f / d) to join the "Digital Laboratory" team within R&D Digitalization.

In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the quality and reliability of our digital laboratory infrastructure and software solutions.

Aufgaben Define and shape the overall QA strategy for the R&D Digitalization area and ensure its implementation. Develop and maintain test architectures, frameworks, and best practices, setting standards for the QA team.

Create comprehensive testing strategies and effectively use proven methods, tools, and environments for quality assurance.

Continuously optimize QA processes and develop a sustainable testing strategy to measurably improve software and service quality.

Collaborate closely with developers and architects to ensure QA strategies are integrated into the entire development architecture , setting the framework for testing at all stages of the development lifecycle.

Qualifikation A degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification. Several years of experience in software quality assurance, with a deep understanding of modern QA strategies , test architectures, and automation .

Solid knowledge of various testing methods (manual and automated) as well as comprehensive expertise in relevant QA tools.

In-depth understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to seamlessly integrate QA processes into the development architecture .

Strong analytical skills and the ability to create complex test plans and QA KPIs. Experience with agile methodologies ( Scrum , Kanban ) to work effectively in a dynamic development environment.
