We are looking for a professional to join our Controllers team in Frankfurt with the unique opportunity to work across both the Regulatory Reporting and Regulatory Policy functions.

Controllers are a diverse team of specialists charged with ensuring the firm meets the financial control and reporting obligations of a global, regulated and public financial institution.

The Controllers team in Frankfurt is responsible for ensuring that the financial and regulatory requirements of our German entities are met, in accordance with statutory and firm requirements. This includes the maintenance of adequate capital resources to meet their commitments and to withstand the risks to which the business is subject, e.g. Market Risk, Credit Risk and Operational Risk, and other risks as assessed in our ICAAPs.

The Regulatory Policy function is a specialist unit within Regulatory Controllers which analyses and advocates on regulatory / capital developments focusing on UK and EU prudential requirements, whether from Basel, PRA or EU authorities. The function also focuses on existing regulatory capital rules providing written interpretations, transaction analysis and updates and advice to stakeholders.
