We're seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Representative to support internal and external customers for a Semiconductor manufacturer based in Dresden (Germany).
Responsibilities :
- Utilize Oracle for Sales Order Processing to transact parts from the ONTO warehouse to the customer's designated location.
- Employ Oracle and email communication for internal part transfers.
- Manage the processing of Return Material Authorizations (RMA) Orders.
- Utilize the computer ERP system to record and maintain inventory of received, stocked, and distributed materials and parts, tracking their quantity and type.
- Oversee regional inventory and warehousing services / contracts to conduct audits and manage physical inventory.
- Report on consumed parts in the field (machinery).
- Track customer-owned property returned for repair, providing communication regarding tracking and repair details.
- Invoice open service orders, including parts and service labor, while managing order status and closure.
- Ensure comprehensive invoicing (currently outsourced) of parts, service, and transportation.
- Provide support for the Oracle implementation across logistics, service, and finance functions.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI is required.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations is essential.
- Basic knowledge of VAT and duties regulations, both within Europe and for exports, is necessary.
- Experience with Oracle is advantageous.
- Must be located or open to relocate to Dresden, Germany.
