Your Future Role
At our modern office at ARTmax in Braunschweig, over 250 colleagues from 26 countries work on research and development with a focus on the digitization of rail. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Antoine Debore and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to :
- Deploy and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the site.
- Support Project teams and project managers in executing processes defined in Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM), including Risk and Savings.
- Coordinate the Project Governance for all projects attached to the site, in coordination with the finance function and the Regional management.
- Closely collaborate with the Projects Managers and lead potential strategic actions and initiatives on active projects.
- Animate the Project Management community, identify and conduct trainings for the project management population.
- Be the main interface for Project Management topics towards Regional and Global organization, working closely with the Site Project Director.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Engineering, or relevant.Project management experience, as a Project Manager / PMO or engineering.Experience with project risk management processes and project controls.Ability to navigate and influence matrix organisation and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.Proficient English and German verbal and writing skills (C1).PM Certification (PMP, IPMA or other) will be a plus.Things You’ll Enjoy
