JobDescription

CS Group Germany GmbH islooking for a Head of Accounting & Controlling, reportingdirectly to the CFO of the Space Business Unit and working closelywith the local Director of Operations. You will strengthen anddevelop the Finance team in Germany, providing a strong core to ournext stage of development.

Your responsibilitieswill include :

  • Management ofcontrolling and financial accounting;
  • Responsible for the monthly reporting and the annualfinancial audited accounts;
  • Rollingforecasting on a quarterly basis;
  • Closecooperation with Managers and other stakeholders;
  • Further development of reporting and controlprocesses;
  • Management of the FinancialAccounting teams.

Qualifications

Youwill have the following qualifications and relevantexperience :

  • Bachelor’s in accountingor Controlling;
  • At least 3-5 years’ relatedexperience preferably in a large, multinational environment andbring experience in working with corporate reportingtools;
  • Strong communication, analyticalthinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Teamplayer and have a proactive mentality;
  • Fluencyin German and English; written, oral, and presentationskills;
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills,which allow you to interact and develop strong professionalrelationships.
