Head Information Technology Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage our client’s global infrastructure team.
Oversee all infrastructure services including servers, storage, backups, and networks managing everything from planning to operation.
- Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with other IT functions and align with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement IT and HR strategies, focusing on skills development.
- Handle budgeting, control processes, and risk assessments.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of project management standards and methods.
- Support IT project portfolio management and continuously improve standards and practices.
- Develop and standardize process management practices.
- Ensure IT services are reliable, available, and meet capacity needs.
- Manage IT resource processes effectively.
Your Profile :
- Degree in IT or a related field.
- 5-7 years experience in a similar role with at least 2 years experience managing and leading a team
- Deep expertise in IT infrastructure.
- Experience in project management.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL.
- Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous development.
