Director (m / f / d) EHS / HSE
Your Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) department
- Develop programs for safety culture, health, and environmental protection, and promote engagement throughout the organization
- Provide support, advice, and professional guidance to specialists and executives on all occupational safety, environmental protection, and health-related topics
- Ensure compliance with safety programs and develop and coordinate occupational safety training
- Further develop and document the EHS management system and its processes, and initiate continuous improvement measures
- Assume overall responsibility for completing necessary formalities to comply with relevant legal requirements and reporting
- Independently develop an Emergency Response Plan
- Conduct and support internal and external audits
- Monitor and initiate changes in standardized processes and derive appropriate recommendations
- Coordinate sustainable incident investigations and corresponding reporting
- Lead and further educate safety officers professionally
