Senior Network Engineer (m / f / d) - Focus on Cisco

For our Client in the Frankfurt / Main Area (Mainz) we are looking for a Senior Network Engineer (m / f / d) - Focus on CiscoTasks :

• Conception and implementation of network solutions around WAN / VPN, VoIP and Security
• Evaluation of customer requirements, consulting and preparation of service descriptions and solution designs during the presales phase
• Competent interface between customers, service providers and partners
• Support and further development of the security infrastructure (clients, servers, networks)
• Error analysis and implementation of solutions within the agreed service levels
• Support in first- and second-level support
• Creation of performance reports and RFOs (Reason for Outages)Requirements :
• Study of computer science, communications engineering or a comparable apprenticeship with practical experience, ideally in an ITK environment.
• Comprehensive Cisco know-how in IP networks, VPN, IPSec, MPLS, QoS, etc. (Unified Communication Environment)
• Knowledge of routing, switching and troubleshooting in complex network infrastructures
• Experience in handling ticket and monitoring systems as well as Linux Server Administration and MS Windows Servers
• Successful certification of Cisco (CCNP Routing & Switching or CCNP Service Provider)
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, German language skills are nice2have
