McWin Family Office is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our small, boutique team. This is a flexible, remote role, but applicants must be based in Germany.

McWin Family Office is a private investment firm, primarily investing in Unstoppable Trends. These trends are powerful long-term forces that are revolutionizing the ways we live and do business globally. These trends will continue their transformational impact well into the post-pandemic era. We implement our strategy by investing primarily in private markets, with a small complementary portfolio of public market assets.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment activities, conducting financial analyses, and contributing to our strategic decision-making process.

Analysis & financial document review  :

  • Monitor existing investments and conduct business and asset valuation updates
  • Read and analyze shared financial reports, earnings releases, and other relevant documents
  • Update internal monthly reports summarizing portfolio performance

    • Presentation and collaboration :

  • Present findings, insights to management
  • Engage with professional advisers as required

    • Operational support :

  • Assist in completing subscription documents for new investments and account opening documents for banking relationships
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for senior management decisions
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting and planning
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed

  • Excellent English (everyday communication with native speakers)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with investments
  • Proactiveness, flexibility and ablility to work independently
  • Detail-oriented
  • MS Excel - experienced user
  • Good presentation skills
