Responsibilities
Customer Enablement : Facilitating customer onboarding, nurturing customer databases, addressing customer inquiries, capturing valuable feedback, and igniting the excitement of winbacks.
Customer Growth : Zooming ahead with our fast and agile small and midmarket customers, taking ownership of setting up your customer portfolio for growth, revving up product usage and customer knowledge and crafting compelling advocacy assets jointly with customers.
Strategic Customer Success : Excelling in the art of working strategically with our corporate customers, managing extensive projects across multiple locations and engaging with customers up to the C-suite level. Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services for a successful Land and Expand strategy and establish long-term partnerships and strong success stories.
Technical Customer Success : Experience the magic of our Consent and Preference solution going to life and processing millions of records; deploy your HTML, JavaScript, Postgres, and API knowledge.
