Junior Product Manager (f / m / d) Milwaukee® Construction and Wet Concrete

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct international customer visits to gather insights and define product requirements for the European market.
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle—from initial concept through to mass production.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Milwaukee® Construction and Wet Concrete products, ensuring ongoing relevance and performance.
• Lead product marketing initiatives and support the development of effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate product launches, including production scheduling, product specifications, European warehouse availability, pan-European pricing, and monitoring of local market price positioning.
• Present products to customer groups and at industry events across key EMEA regions.
• Deliver product training and technical support to European distributors and international sales teams.
• Collaborate closely with global development teams to ensure alignment on product direction and improvements.
• Develop promotional and marketing materials in partnership with internal stakeholders (f / m / d) and other departments.
