About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to take a key role in our profitable company which has been stable and successful for over 10 years with an annual turnover of 30 million EUR. As an auditrequired business we offer a structured yet agile environment with short decisionmaking paths . In this position you will manage our financial processes with a high level of independence and trust ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving digitization projects . Unlike typical startups there are fewer adhoc demands allowing you to work in a stable environment. You will have the f reedom to shape and innovate within the finance department while working in a great team that contributes to the longterm success of the company.

These tasks motivate you

Leading and enhancing accounting processes with a focus on accuracy efficiency and fostering a culture of excellence.
Managing the entire accounts receivable process including invoice creation posting and tracking incoming payments.
Taking an active leadership role in preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements for WLX and subsidiaries (HGB)
Taking the lead on the annual audits while collaborating with external auditors
Ensuring correct financial statements in the shareholders investment vehicle
Collaborating effectively with internal teams
Identifying costsaving opportunities and implement efficiency measures
Overseeing budget planning financial analysis and control processes while supporting strategic financial planning.
Leading mentoring and developing the Accounting Manager to enhance overall performance and efficiency.

This is what youve got

Proven experience in finance management with expertise in HGB

Experience with process optimizations.

Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping VAT and accounting tools

Experience managing relationships with external partners such as tax consultants auditors and regulatory authorities.

Strategic thinking and problemsolving aptitude with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly

Proactive with a handson approach to driving projects and initiatives.

Fluent in German at C2 level with excellent written and verbal English skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
