They specialise in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
Review all Tender and Post Tender Submissions with Senior ManagementCommercial Handover Meetings from Estimating to Site TeamEstablish Project Budgets and Margins and agree Budget Codes with Accounts and Procurement DeptsRecruitment, development and expansion of existing Commercial teamReviewing Contract Conditions for new ProjectsReview Standard Sub-Contract Packages currently in use across various European CountriesOverview of sub-contractor current workload and capacity prior to appointmentDue diligence on all new sub-contractors and suppliers and standardisation of all Sub-Contractor appointmentsFinal Approval of Purchase Orders prior to issue and agreement of payment terms with supply chainStandardisation of Payment Certification and Invoicing across all projectsImplementation of Cost Reporting Structure against Project BudgetsEnsuring Project Commercial Trackers are kept updated and producing Monthly Cashflow and Margin ReportsAdministration of Open Book, Provisional and Lump Sum Packages Agreements and overview of contractual disputesRequirements
Relevant third level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying10+ years’ experience on large construction sites.Flexibility in working patterns where necessary.Strong communication & computer skills,Data centre experience would be advantageousPlease note this opportunity is only available to EU and UK candidates only.
