Beckman Coulter LifeSciences, Aachen is looking for a Purchasing AnalystDirect Raw Material (f / m / d) to create & manage POsfor direct raw materials.

The role would require an understandingof PO process, creation, approvals and follow up. The associatewould be in charge of maintaining the POs and ensuring we meet ourinventory and service level target working with all the differentdepartment and stakeholder involved such as strategic procurement,suppliers, productionetc..

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities :

Purchase Ordercreation andapproval.

Vendor Follow upsregarding shipments, ensuring on-time delivery forPOs.

Manage the inventorylevel and ensure we execute the PO process to optimize inventorystrategy.

Ensure theavailability of the raw material at any time for productionused.

Investigate the reasonfor the overstock / stock out and proposed short term and long termcorrectionactions.

Partnering with ourglobal procurement team to work on inventory reductionopportunities and supply chainimprovement.

Support in DBScontinuous improvement as per roledemand.

On time KPI updatingforbowlers.

Educationand / orExperience :

Bachelor’sdegree / Master’s degree in with 2+ years of experience in procurement preferably in manufacturingindustry.

Experience workingwith ERP system such as Oracle orSAP.

Excellentcommunication skills in both spoken and written German andEnglish.
