Your responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and follow up on board meeting minutes and corporate resolutions
• Support corporate legal processes, particularly capital measures and shareholder resolutions
• Organize and manage legal and company-related documents
• Conduct legal research on national and international regulatory topics
• Liaise with external law firms, regulatory authorities, and business partners
• Maintain internal databases and document management systems
• Provide general administrative and organizational support in Legal & Compliance
