For Faber-Castell Cosmetics in Stein near Nuremberg, we are looking for a HEAD OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (ALL GENDER) immediately.

Responsibilities

Manage the current portfolio, including representation of all possible influences on the portfolio and deriving recommendations for action (suggestions for cleaning up, reactivation, etc.).
Manage the development pipeline and create & derive recommendations for action in collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Marketing.
Develop and implement a portfolio vision – from generating product ideas to pitching product concepts in collaboration with R&D, considering competition and targets.
Regular coordination with interface managers, project participants & stakeholders regarding objectives.
Create market and trend analyses and establish a corresponding reporting structure.
Lead the Product Management team both technically and disciplinarily.

Requirements

Completed business administration studies or a comparable field of study or training as an industrial clerk with relevant professional experience or further training.

Several years of professional experience in product management in the Private Label or OEM sector, as well as several years of leadership experience.

Very good knowledge of industry & product requirements and the market environment (Colour Cosmetic).

Strong knowledge in (multi-)project management & pronounced ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.

Strong communication skills and high customer orientation.

Assertiveness, diplomatic skills & high frustration tolerance.

Fluent in German & English and very good PC skills, especially in MS Office & SAP.
