Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in end-to-end user experience, UX research (UXR), or engineering lifecycles, and the delivery of product features and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience in process development and improvement.
• Ability to quickly join an existing process, while adding operational excellence and oversight.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills. Focused and agile under pressure.
• Excellent performance demonstrated in prior roles, coupled with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Responsibilities

• Help setting priorities for product and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to take features to market, ensuring success metrics inform future efforts, and quickly fine-tuning the programs as needed.
• Provide the required software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
• Work closely with software engineers, UX designers, product managers, and other product areas (PAs) to get high-quality products and features through the software project life-cycle (e.g., build, test, and release on time).
• Scale and operationalize an early access partner program with communication plans and feedback mechanisms.
• Manage relationships with internal partners and external partners through roadmap planning, expectations setting, and status reporting.
