Excellent opportunity for an Asset Manager within Real Estate to join an expanding company and growing portfolio.
Location : Frankfurt
Salary : €65,000 €80,000 basic + Package
Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a market-leading Real Estate developer.
- Responsibilities;
- Implement day-to-day Technical Asset Management tasks for assigned assets / projects.
- Track technical performance of real estate assets according to asset-holding companies' requirements, underwriting, market conditions, and regulations.
- Provide advice and support to Asset Management teams.
- Assist in drafting annual operating budgets and long-term business plans for German assets.
- Implement marketing strategies.
- Assist in key account management.
- Support lease negotiations from a technical perspective.
- Assist in communications with service providers and authorities, ensuring documentation compliance.
- Initiate and follow-up on major technical and capex projects through internal validation processes.
- Assist in developing hold / sell strategies.
- Support disposition and acquisition processes for assets.
- Communicate with relevant teams to ensure appropriate decision-making processes.
- Track measures to comply with quality standards and support in selecting and tracking technical service providers.
- Coordinate tenant improvements and operational project processes.
- Support warranty management and maintenance documentation compliance.
- Implement ESG measures as required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate or similar
- Fluent German and English (Minimum B2 level)
- 3+ years relevant professional experience
- Up to date Real Estate market knowledge
