The firm is backed by a leading PE investor and are looking for an ESG Manager to further develop the firm's ESG strategy. What the job involves
- As ESG Manager (m / f / d), with the support of management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a group-wide ESG strategy
- You will establish processes for sustainability metrics reporting and analyse the data
- Prepare ESG reports (with a focus on CSRD and EU taxonomy) and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate ESG measures into business processes
- Identify and assess (financial) risks and opportunities related to sustainability
- Support compliance with statutory and voluntary ESG standards in financial areas
