The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented leader with strong knowledge of the medical device and manufacturing purchasing industry and processes. The company thrives due to its strong cultural foundation. ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve supply chain efficiency Active supplier management, especially in establishing and developing supplier relationshipsObtaining and evaluating offers, as well as negotiating purchasing and procurement conditions and contracts with suppliers in consultation with strategic purchasing and production planningOptimization of coordination with the production plants as part of the regular S&OP and foster collaboration with R&D and ProductionConduct regular risk assessments to identify emerging risks and develop mitigation plans e.g. dual sourcingManagement and maintenance of purchasing / procurement data and documents.QualificationsPrevious experience in sourcing / procurement / purchasingKnowledge of ERP systems, SAP software, strong knowledge of excelAbility to interact with suppliers, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesFluent in German & EnglishIf this sounds like something you could be interested in I'd love to receive your applications directly or send me an email to : [email protected] Hylton #[email protected]+441293776644
