Senior Product Manager Architecture Guidance (f / m / d)

SAP LeanIX is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of our new "Architecture Guidance" domain. You will join an emerging team of talented engineers, a UX designer, and an engineering manager to define, build, and evolve a groundbreaking Data Analytics / AI-powered product feature that provides actionable advice to guide architecture transformation for our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to define the product's vision, engage deeply with customers, and establish this innovative approach as a core contribution to SAP LeanIX’s product. WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU? Lead the product vision and roadmap for "Architecture Guidance," collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to align with SAP LeanIX’s strategic objectives. Work closely with customers to understand their architecture transformation challenges, translate their needs into actionable insights, and ensure our product delivers measurable value. Drive product discovery processes, conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with the UX team to design intuitive and impactful solutions. Leverage cutting-edge AI and data analytics to shape how enterprise architecture insights are derived and delivered to customers. Partner with engineering, analytics, UX, legal, and compliance teams to ensure secure, ethical, and scalable product development. Engage with product marketing and sales to position the product effectively, differentiate it in the market, and communicate its unique value proposition. Act as a catalyst for the team's success, managing the backlog, setting priorities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? At least 5 years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on data analytics or AI-powered solutions. Familiarity with enterprise architecture or IT landscape transformation is highly desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to engage deeply with customers, understand their pain points, and translate them into innovative solutions. Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts related to data pipelines, AI / ML, and modern SaaS architectures. Experience working with UX teams to drive prototyping, usability testing, and design decisions. Proficiency in working within agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams. Strong skills in analytics, market research, and competitive positioning. Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
