Relationships, Referrals, and Revenue.
This includes actively seeking and nurturing relationships with partners to generate 'qualified'
leads for funded programs and direct partnerships. The end goal is to contribute to ‘strategic’
partner-paid revenue, either by acquiring new customers, brands, lines of business, or regions. As
well as by supporting the growth and lifetime value of key global / strategic accounts.
Key Outcomes :
1. Acquisition of new customers, brands, LOBs, or regions via our partner channels and
ecosystem (i.e. partner-generated opportunities)
2. Growth of key global / strategic accounts (i.e. lifetime value) via our partner channels and
ecosystem (i.e. partners are ‘ongoing catalysts’ for sustained growth)
3. Development of Shuttlerock’s reputation within the industry as a result of
stakeholders-influenced and co-owned brand-building initiatives with partners
