Recruitment Consultant at Hunter Philips Executive Search - Renewable Energy, Wind, Solar PV and Energy Storage

This company is a recognized leader in global renewable energy markets, boasting a 100% approval rate across a multi-GW pipeline. This role will build upon their enlarged European footprint.

Key Highlights :

  • Develop and implement the company's strategy for battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Germany.
  • Be the driving force behind the entire lifecycle of BESS projects, from site identification to commissioning.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, contractors, and community representatives.
  • Drive the preparation for project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Recruit, lead & manage the team for future success.

The Person :

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in renewable energy project development, specifically in battery storage or related fields (Solar PV, Wind etc).
  • Strong understanding of German laws, regulations, permitting processes, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent in German and strong English.
