Du bist technischer Partner und Berater - in Projekten, Trainings, im Pre-Sales und im Service.

Dein Know-how hilft unseren Kunden, das volle Potenzial von ETAP und Caneco auszuschöpfen - von der intelligenten Planung bis hin zum sicheren Betrieb elektrischer Systeme.

Deine Aufgaben

• Customer Success & Consulting : Begleite unsere Kunden als technischer Berater über den gesamten Lifecycle ihrer Projekte - von der ersten Analyse bis zur Umsetzung mit ETAP & Caneco.
• Pre-Sales & Projektunterstützung : Unterstütze unser Vertriebsteam mit technischen Präsentationen, Proof-of-Concepts und Lösungsarchitekturen für Planungsbüros, Energieunternehmen und Industrie.
• Trainings & Enablement : Führe Schulungen und Workshops durch - praxisnah, inspirierend und immer mit dem Ziel, unsere Kunden erfolgreicher zu machen.
• Service & Support : Arbeite eng mit unseren Anwendern zusammen, löse komplexe Fragestellungen und vermittle Best Practices aus der Elektrotechnik.
• Feedback & Innovation : Teile Kunden-Insights mit unseren Entwicklungs- und Produktteams, um die ETAP- und Caneco-Plattform kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
